All Kevyn Beckley leashes are carefully packaged and shipped from Ohio, USA.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Domestic Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping (USPS Priority or UPS Ground) is included for all domestic orders over $100.
Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, or VAT as required by their country.

Packaging
Each leash arrives beautifully prepared in a Kevyn Beckley velvet pouch and gift box.
Tracking information is sent by email as soon as your package leaves our studio.

Shipping Delays

Return & Refund Policy

Each Kevyn Beckley leash is a one-of-one piece handcrafted from repurposed scarves. Because of their custom nature, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

We make every effort to display accurate product photos and descriptions.
Your satisfaction is important to us, so if your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation personally and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In its original packaging, the tag intact, including the velvet pouch and certificate of authenticity

• Returned within the timeframe communicated by our team

Because our packaging is part of the product experience, missing or damaged packaging may affect eligibility for a refund.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
